Managed security monitoring
Catch the break-in early, while it is still small.
Most incidents give warning signs before the damage: a strange sign-in, a new mail rule, a tool that shouldn't be running. Monitoring is how those signs get seen in time.
What's covered
- Endpoint detection and response (EDR) on your computers and servers: suspicious behavior is flagged and, where the rules allow, stopped automatically.
- Identity threat detection and response (ITDR) for Microsoft 365: risky sign-ins, new mail forwarding rules, suspicious app consents and session theft.
- Setup and tuning so alerts mean something, instead of noise your team learns to ignore.
- A named contact. When an alert needs a person, it comes to someone who knows your business.
- A short monthly summary in plain English: what was caught, what changed, what to fix next.
How we choose tools
We are vendor-neutral. We recommend established EDR and ITDR platforms that fit your size, budget and existing setup, and we tell you why. If you already own a good tool, we work with it.
Pricing
Monitoring is priced per device and per user, with a written agreement that spells out coverage hours and response times. We quote after a short call about your setup.
Good to know
- Monitoring reduces risk. It doesn't make any business impossible to breach, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something.
- If you already have an IT provider, we work alongside them. They keep running your IT; we watch for threats and tell both of you what we see.
- Monitoring pairs well with an incident response plan, so everyone knows what happens when an alert is real.
